Privacy Policy
MEROVA is a fictional demonstration and concept brand. This policy explains how its Instagram messaging demo processes data when someone contacts the MEROVA Instagram account.
Information processed
The demo may process Instagram message content, Meta-provided sender identifiers needed to handle a conversation, message timestamps, and the routing status of a case (AUTO, REVIEW, or ESCALATE). It may also keep temporary operational logs needed to troubleshoot the demo.
How the information is used
Information is used only to receive, route, and respond to Instagram messages; support human review or escalation where required; and keep the demo safe and operational. Temporary logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the demonstration and troubleshooting, then deleted or reset.
Automated decisioning and AI
AUTO responses are deterministic and do not use a language model. OpenAI may be used only to prepare a draft for messages routed to REVIEW; those drafts are not sent automatically. ESCALATE cases do not use a language model and remain human-controlled. The demo does not provide veterinary advice.
Sharing and security
Data is not sold or used for advertising. Where REVIEW drafting is used, the relevant message content may be processed by OpenAI for that limited purpose. The demo does not publish API keys, access tokens, environment files, source code, or internal service routes.
